Sensi Seeds' feminized Northern Lights is the line-direct interpretation of one of cannabis's foundational indicas — a 90% indica, 10% sativa hybrid built from the original Thai and Afghani landrace genetics and redeveloped over years of breeding work in-house. Northern Lights has earned enough Cannabis Cups over the decades that some contest organizers have asked Sensi to leave it out of judging rounds to give other strains a chance. Shiva Skunk Feminized is Sensi Seeds' strongest skunk variety — an 85% indica, 15% sativa hybrid built from Northern Lights #5 and Skunk #1, with genetic depth that traces back to some of the most decorated strains in the Sensi catalog. The short flowering time and high yield potential make her well-suited to continental climates and indoor rotation, and the distinctive musky, citrusy aroma carries through both growing and consumption. She's named after the Hindu deity Shiva — partly because of the traditional cultural association between Shiva and cannabis, partly because the strain is just that powerful.
