The genetics come from Dutch Passion's original photoperiod parent The Ultimate, which became a bestseller shortly after launch for combining extremely high yields with strong long-lasting effect. Auto Ultimate was created by crossing The Ultimate with the classic bestseller Auto Mazar, and the result inherited the extreme yield potential of its photoperiod parent in autoflower format. This strain has produced single-plant harvests of up to 1 kg of dry bud in expert setups, which is genuinely rare for any autoflower. The aroma mirrors the photoperiod Ultimate — dominant citrus and lime scent with sweet earthy notes developing during flowering, and after drying and curing the citrus becomes even more pronounced with strong lemon and musky character. Flavor-wise she compares to classic Lemon Haze and Lemon Skunk but with her own signature — some smokers pick up a coffee flavor on the exhale. White Widow is one of the strains that made 1990s Dutch cannabis what it is, and like most of the classics her exact origin story has drifted into legend. The generally accepted account is that the original cross pollinated a Brazilian sativa landrace with an indica from Kerala in southern India — an indica selected over years in the mountain regions specifically for extreme resin production.
